Join your friends and family at the library for afterschool activities. Appropriate for students in grades K-5.
Parenting is hard -- you deserve a break! We have two activities to help you relax: one for caregivers and one for kids. Caregivers will enjoy making peaceful air plant terrariums, while kids make colorful dinosaur terrariums. Appropriate for adult caregivers and their elementary-age kids. Space is limited; registration is required for each attendee.
Bring the whole family for an all-ages yoga class. Explore yoga through basic poses that build strength and flexibility while incorporating breathing techniques to help calm and de-stress your body. Children ages 10 and under should be accompanied by an adult. No registration required.
Join us for a special STEAM Tuesday in which we explore performance and storytelling. This workshop will be led by performers from the Phamaly Theatre Company, a professional theatre organization that involves adults with disabilities in all aspects of the performing arts.
Appropriate for families and children over 8 years old. Registration appreciated but not required.
Families will work together to answer trivia questions based on their favorite fandoms and win prizes! Harry Potter, Pokémon, Star Wars, Minecraft, and more! Refreshments will be provided. Appropriate for all ages. Please register each adult and child.
