* April 9: Discover Challenge – Explore STEAM principles to build and create.

* April 16: Barr Lake Ranger Talk – Learn about a natural facet of Barr Lake State Park.

* April 23: Who does that? – Learn about interesting careers in a fun and interactive way.

Do you care for the children of your friends, family or neighbors? Share stories and resources over light refreshments as children play. Appropriate for ages 0-6. No registration required

Join us for free, fun cooking classes and free groceries! Cooking Matters will teach families how to cook delicious and affordable meals at home. At each class, your family will cook and eat a healthy dinner, and receive a bag of groceries to take home so you can make it again. You’ll also receive a book with nutritional information, recipes, and more. Appropriate for caregivers and kids ages 6-12. This program is a series of classes taking place Tuesdays from 4:30-6:30 pm starting April 2 and running through May 14. Please plan on attending at least five of the seven sessions. Space is very limited; registration is required and holds your spot for the full series. Please register each family member so we know how much food to have.
