Ever wanted to make your own sourdough bread? Unleash your inner baker by picking up a copy of Robin Sloan’s Sourdough: A Novel along with a sourdough starter kit that has everything you need to grow your own sourdough starter. We’ll meet to discuss our thoughts on the novel and show off our baking skills. This program will be held online. Meet up virtually on cooking day to discuss your dish. Supplies are limited and participants will be notified on how to pick up their mystery box ingredients in the days before we cook. Put your taste buds on trial, and learn about the art of hot sauce from Denver’s own hot sauce guru, Danny Cash. Participants who dare to try all six sauces will win a bottle from Danny Cash Hot Sauce, featured on The Food Network. Appropriate for adults. Space is limited; online registration required.  

Once registered, participants may pick up their hot sauce tasting kits at Anythink Wright Farms from Tuesday, March 16 until the morning of the event.

Spaghetti noodles and your Nona’s bolognese for a Sunday dinner is a perfect combination. But what if we swap the sauce out for tartar sauce? Together we will explore what foods will and what foods will not spaghetti. Appropriate for students in grades 6-12.
