Parenting is hard – you deserve a break! We have two activities to help you relax: one for caregivers and one for kids. Caregivers will enjoy chocolate-covered strawberries while making an aromatherapy diffuser and receiving a mini chair massage from Lodo Massage. Kids will be calmed with some stretching and mindfulness activities, while learning how to make their own chocolate-covered strawberries. Appropriate for adult caregivers and their elementary-age kids. Space is limited; registration is required for each attendee.
