How do bones turn into stone? And how does a dinosaur become a fossil? You will learn the answers to these and many other questions with Dinosaur George. We’ll even have instructions for how to make your own “fossil bone” using ordinary household products.

See professional artists of various mediums simultaneously at work on the theme “A Midsummer Nest’s Dream,” and join in the magic and whimsy by creating your own plein air artwork. All ages welcome. Join Mile High Fitness and Wellness for a relaxing hour of Qi Gong in our beautiful backyard. Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that focuses on breathing techniques, meditations, postures, and guided imagery. This round we’ll focus specifically on the back.
