In collaboration with HireUAVpro, The Studio at Anythink Wright Farms is hosting a four-part drone series in March. This series will introduce drone technology, applications and emerging trends, as well as provide opportunities for hands-on drone operation. Participants who complete all four sessions will be eligible for a scholarship applied toward a commercial drone license.

Drone Series Part I: Introduction to Drones
Thursday, March 7, 4-6 pm

All ages are invited to explore the basics of drone technology, the state of the industry, and learn how to pursue a career in drone operation. This is part one of a four-part drone series at The Studio. Participants who complete all four sessions will be eligible for a scholarship applied toward a commercial drone license. Drone Series Part II: Drone Piloting
Thursday, March 14, 4-6 pm

Learn how to pilot a mini-drone through an obstacle course. This is part two of a four-part drone series at The Studio. Head outside to observe different drone types and discover how to pilot in actual airspace. This is part three of a four-part drone series at The Studio. Drone Series Part IV: Applied Drone Work

Create solutions to real-world problems using a drone. From mapping a roof to inspecting a building facade, learn about some of the tools used in problem-solving with drones. This is part four of a four-part drone series at The Studio. Participants who complete all four sessions will be eligible for a scholarship applied toward a commercial drone license. Drone Piloting
Thursday, Jan. 17, 4-6pm

Week two of Drones with HireUAVpro will give everyone a chance to pilot a mini-drone through an obstacle course and learn how to pilot a drone from a pro. Space is limited; registration required.

Outdoor Drone Operations
Thursday, Jan. 24, 4-6pm

Week three will move outdoors to operate a couple of different drone types to showcase how to pilot in actual airspace. Space is limited; registration required.

Applied Drone Work
Thursday, Jan. 31, 4-6pm
