Come boogie, bop and bounce with all your Anythink friends! This program is appropriate for ages 2-5.
Dive into a book with your little one through early literacy play. Each child will receive a play package to help keep the imagination going at home. This program is appropriate for children birth to 23 months. Space is limited; registration required.
Bring in your own small, non-motorized toy cars or borrow one of ours and zoom around the room stopping at places like the bank and post office to complete errands. This program is appropriate for ages 2-5.
Explore early literacy by using the many different stations to interact with your little one. Participants will gather together at the end for a story. Caregivers with children through age 4 are welcome. No registration required.
Grab your favorite stuffie and head to the library to enjoy a morning storytime in your pajamas. Stick around for a delicious breakfast of pancakes, sausage, fruit and juice. Appropriate for kids ages 3-10 and their families. No registration required.
Children in elementary school are invited to read to our wonderful dog volunteers. They join us on the third Saturday of each month. This is an excellent program for children who are learning to read or need practice reading. Our patient dogs love to listen and they never criticize. Bring a blanket and head out to our backyard for stories, songs and summer surprises. Picnics afterwards on the lawn are highly encouraged.
