Kerry L. Glenn Appointed to Anythink Board of Trustees

Kerry L. Glenn is the newest member of the Rangeview Library District Board of Trustees, a five-member governing board that oversees Anythink’s finances and formulation of policies. Glenn fills the slot vacated by long-time board member Kay Riddle, whose term expired this year.

A lifelong resident of Adams County, Colo., Glenn works for Adams 12 Five Star Schools, the same school district he attended as a young student. Glenn received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in applied mathematics and aerospace engineering before earning a master’s degree in curriculum and pedagogy from the University of Colorado at Denver. After 23 years as a math instructor, Glenn now serves as the STEM coordinator at Northglenn High School. He is a district liaison and also designs and reviews curriculum and support for problem-based learning.

“There are many parallels with STEM education and our approach to library services,” says Anythink Director Pam Sandlian Smith. “Having Kerry Glenn as part of our board is a terrific addition to an already outstanding group of leaders who provide stewardship for our library.”
