Outdoor Gentle Yoga
Move, breathe, and relax in this gentle all levels yoga class. Build strength and flexibility, and explore yoga in a way that feels good to you. Beginners welcome. Appropriate for ages 16 and up. Please bring your own mat or a large towel. Masks are required when you are not on your mat.
