Learn how to create your own résumé using Microsoft Word Templates. This class will also cover the basic dos and don’ts of formatting a résumé. Intermediate computer skills required, such as a good command of the keyboard and computer terminology.  Please bring a flash drive or have an e-mail address so you can save your résumé. Bring in your old family photos and finally take the time to make that scrapbook you’ve been putting off. The scrapbooking room opens at 10 am and closes at 1:30 pm, but you can show up any time during those open hours. Bring your own supplies or use ours.

Come and read to our special listening dogs. They love a good story. Our dogs come from the American Humane Association and are specially trained. This is for children ages 6-12.  An especially good experience for reluctant readers or children who are afraid of dogs. Please call 303-452-7534 to register for a 15-minute session.

You say “potato,” I say “awesome biodegradable stamp perfect for creating custom wrapping paper.” Join us to mix food, paper, and paint for some very creative results. Appropriate for 1st-3rd graders.

Each week we will tie into our fall theme of “food” with these afternoon programs for school-aged kids. Food substitutions for allergies cannot be made at this time. Space is limited; registration required.
