Anythink’s Backyard Concert Series brings the community together through music. Grab the family and meet new neighbors at the one-acre park adjacent to Anythink Wright Farms. You don’t even have to pack your picnic basket – we’ll have food and beverages available for purchase at a minimal price.

Not only is this a fun, free Friday night – it’s also a fundraiser for the Anythink Foundation. Funds raised through food and beverage sales help Anythink to provide special programs and projects for the community. Supporters can also donate at the show and online here.

The Backyard Concert Series is free and open to the public, from 6:30-8:30 pm, on the second Friday of each month. Anythink LIVE!, Anythink’s teen music contest also returns in 2017. The winner will play live at 6 pm on Aug. 11 as the opening act for Hazel Miller Band.

What can I bring to the Backyard Concert Series?

Family & friends – All ages are welcome!
Dogs – Woof!
Lawn chairs and blankets – Get comfy!
Food – Just remember that we'll have a variety of food trucks, and 10 percent of all food sales benefit the Anythink Foundation.

What should I leave at home?

No outside alcohol is allowed. In order to continue hosting these fun, family-friendly events, our permit requires that we strictly enforce this policy. Instead, please enjoy the beer and wine available on-site for purchase – it's for a great cause!

About the bands

Funkiphino

One of the Front Range’s most popular funk bands, Funkiphino is very high-energy – this band will quickly get the crowd dancing. They play a wide range of hits, including more traditional funk and also current pop hits. I think they’ll be a good fit for our audience.

Gora Gora Orkestar

Gora Gora Orkestar brings the sounds of the Balkans to the Rockies with high energy performances. Formed in the fall of 2009, this 10 piece brass band is dedicated to making the audience dance with its infectious rhythm and own brand of feel-good music.

Hazel Miller

Hazel Miller is not just a great singer, "she is a force of nature!" quotes the Rocky Mountain News. Her voice has been called "stunning, moving and powerful." Hazel has been a sought after performer in Colorado for the past 24 years. Whether she is singing blues, jazz, pop, or Gospel, her voice charges the songs with a primal dose of genuine soul.
