We will come together to do some introspective work about our challenges to feeling present, share out tips and tricks for embracing the now, and learning more about what it means to be in the moment. Integrative Wellness Coach Devon Athey discusses meditation techniques and leads participants through a series of guided meditations in this three-week series. Each workshop revolves around a unique theme, which ties into the meditation for the week. Appropriate for ages 18 and up. A journal and a pen are highly recommended.
