Integrative Wellness Coach Devon Athey discusses meditation techniques and leads participants through a series of guided meditations in this three-week series. Each workshop revolves around a unique theme, which ties into the meditation for the week. Appropriate for ages 18 and up. A journal and a pen are highly recommended.
