A quick and easy introduction to virtual reality. Customers will take turns using Oculus Go headsets for guided meditation or exploring nature with Nature Treks VR, Guided Meditation, or the Discovery app (also YouTube!). During breaks, participants can journal, take a walk outside, or visit another environment using the YouTube playlist and headphones on iPads.
