Anythink York Street and No Kid Hungry invites families to join us for a free, 7 week course that teaches parents and their children ages 2-12 about cooking and eating healthy as a family on a budget! Class meets once per week (Tuesdays), for 2 hours. Each week your family will make and enjoy a healthy, affordable meal together. Families will also receive a FREE bag of groceries to make the meal again at home! To graduate the class, families must attend at least 5 of the 7 classes. Graduates will receive a guide/recipe book and completion certificate.

Tired of sitting all day in class? After-school is a great time to get up and move! We will do a different, fun activity each week that’ll get the heart pumping followed by a free, nutritious snack provided by the Food Bank of the Rockies. Appropriate for kids up to age 18. No registration required.
Learn to navigate the vast variety of brands and types of vitamins in the market today. Dr. Samantha Boldt will discuss what a supplement is, why they are needed in today’s society, and how to tell if your body is lacking something nutritionally. Dr. Boldt will cover the different forms of the most used vitamins and minerals so you know what to look for when reading product labels. Appropriate for adults. Registration suggested, but not required.
Hunger Free Colorado's "Your Neighborhood Food Truck" will be parked outside Anythink York Street to offer food assistance. Receive one-on-one help with applying for SNAP, food stamps, and/or WIC. Be referred to food banks and community meal sites. Get information on child and senior nutrition programs. All services are free and confidential. No registration is required.
