We will share contemplative stories, explore different breath techniques, and move our bodies mindfully in a fun and playful yoga practice with yoga games. Creative Movement (ages 3-5) – Students will learn about a variety of dance concepts, such as, size, balance, rhythm, levels, shapes and energy.

Join an instructor from the Colorado Ballet to move and dance with music. No registration required, but space is limited for each class and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Adult with Tot Movement (ages 1-3) - Emphasis is placed on both fine and gross motor skill development, coordination and balance in a safe environment that encourages parent involvement.

Get fit at the library! Drop into our monthly exercise program for inspiring and exhilarating workouts that are clued into your goals and fitness level. Along the way, learn the basics of exercise science in order to maximize your results every day of the year. No previous fitness experience necessary. Please wear clothes and shoes that will be comfortable for a workout. Best for teens through adults.
