Have you ever wanted to try yoga but felt a bit unsure where to start? Join us as we learn basic poses that promote strength, flexibility, and stress reduction in a supportive environment, guided by yoga instructor Sara Walsh. The last session, on the 28th, will be 75 minutes and accompanied by relaxing live music and ending with a gong bath meditation. Appropriate for adults and teens ages 16 and up. Anythink York Street and No Kid Hungry invites families to join us for a free, 7 week course that teaches parents and their children ages 2-12 about cooking and eating healthy as a family on a budget! Class meets once per week (Tuesdays), for 2 hours. Each week your family will make and enjoy a healthy, affordable meal together. Families will also receive a FREE bag of groceries to make the meal again at home! To graduate the class, families must attend at least 5 of the 7 classes. Graduates will receive a guide/recipe book and completion certificate.

We'll use special, waterproof paper to create a beautiful, floating candleholder you can ddicate to a lost loved-one or a hope for the future. We will also learn healthy, stress-reducing techniques to keep us positively oriented, despite our struggles. Appropriate for students in grades 6-12. No registration required.

Tired of sitting all day in class? After-school is a great time to get up and move! We will do a different, fun activity each week that'll get the heart pumping followed by a free, nutritious snack provided by the Food Bank of the Rockies. Appropriate for kids up to age 18.
