Do you help care for a young child? Join occupational therapists Lauren Knaupe and Kim Cassidy of Children's Therapy Services of Colorado to learn safety tips for caring for young children. Discover proper body mechanics for lifting and transporting kids. In addition, the therapists will share easy-to-replicate tools and strategies to provide a fun learning environment that benefits development. This program will be hosted at Eagle View Adult Center, located at 1150 Prairie Center Parkway in Brighton.

Are you a grandparent and primary caregiver? We invite you to attend a free 6-week class through our partnership with the GRANDcares Project. This class is designed specifically for grandparents and provides tools for managing stress and exercising self-care. Topics will include effective communication, guilt, and mental health. Refreshments and childcare will be provided.
