Therapy dogs provide a safe, non-judgmental audience for kids to practice their reading aloud. Bring a book you have been working on or choose from one of ours. Read to one of our patient furry friends. This program is appropriate for ages 6-12. Reading sessions will be limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check in with a staff member for a reading time.

RoboRobo with Kids2GLOW

Come build and program robots in this three week robotics class using RoboRobo robots. Students will learn about infrared sensors, contact sensors, DC motors and LEDs. Program robots with coding cards and card readers – a great screen-free activity that teaches computer science in a fun and engaging way. Appropriate for students in grades K-2.
