Local piñata maker extraordinaire Maribel Arredondo of Mamibel Piñatas, will lead us through the process of creating our own Day of the Dead sugar skull piñatas! The program will be held online using GoToMeeting, and supplies will be available to pick-up from the Anythink Perl Mack branch beginning on Wednesday, October 28th.

Join us for this virtual watch party and experience the sights, sounds, and smells of Día de los Muertos with Miguel and his pals, Hector and Dante. Register online any time after October 20 and pick up your interactive kit from the Anythink Wright Farms branch. Museo de las Americas presents a cultural workshop about the deep-rooted traditions of Día de los Muertos. Join us for this interactive program to celebrate and honor your ancestors and passed loved ones and decorate a sugar skull as a personal remembrance. Appropriate for all ages. CHAC Gallery and Cultural Center and The Brighton Armory present a sugar skull decorating workshop at Anythink Brighton. Learn about the colorful and expressive Mexican holiday Día de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) and the role sugar skulls play in this celebration. Participants will have the opportunity to decorate their own sugar skull to celebrate with.
