Do you like to get creative with your food? Well, use those talents at the library! In our gross food competition, you will work as a team to create the most delicious and grossest looking treat! Appropriate for students in grades 6-12.
Molecular gastronomy is where scientific sorcery meets culinary artistry. Use innovative techniques and tools, as well as some basic chemistry, to explore the magic of modernist cuisine. Participants will transform foods across states of matter as they create edible works of art that would be at home on the Starship Enterprise. Space is limited; registration required.
