Explore the amazing world of insects including body structure, insect life cycles, habitats, adaptations and the role insects play as pollinators and recyclers. Refreshments will be served. Learn about the diversity and natural history of these often misunderstood animals, and why bat conservation is important. Get a close look at several specimens of bats native to Colorado.

Anythink York Street and the University of Colorado have partnered to offer an exciting opportunity for families. Join educators from CU to learn the basics of coding (computer programming) by playing with an easy-to-use app called Scratch Jr. A free brunch will be served at 10 am followed by coding fun for the whole family starting at 10:30 am. Appropriate for adults and kids ages 5 and up. Space is limited; registration is required for each adult and child.
