mySummer: "Bee the Change" Fair

Interested in beekeeping? Find out what it takes to get started, try on a beekeeper’s suit and chat with our local bee guru.

Backyard Beekeeping Series

Anythink York Street

In this three-part series, Anythink's beekeeper, Hivemaster Mike, will teach you everything you need to know to begin keeping bees in your backyard - from time and cost commitment to equipment, city permitting, bee care and honey harvesting. Get hands-on experience with beekeeping equipment and taste fresh honey from Anythink's hives. Appropriate for adults and older teens in grades 6 and up. Space is limited; registration is required. Registration is for all three sessions:

Part 1: Sat., Feb 11, 1 - 2 pm
Part 2: Sat., Feb 18, 1 - 2 pm
Part 3: Sat., Feb 25, 1 - 2 pm
