Summer Fun at the Library

The first month of Summer Reading has come and gone, but there are still plenty of prizes to give away in July. It's not too late to sign up and start reading! There are also tons of fun programs for all ages. Check the calendar for more info.

Be Creative @ Your Library

Rangeview Library District encourages their youngest customers to “Be Creative @ Your Library,” the theme of this year’s children’s summer reading program. Reading logs are available at each branch, and kids are eligible to win a cool new prize every week. We are also introducing our first Summer Reading Program for babies and toddlers (0-3 years). Parents and caregivers can pick up baby reading logs at any branch to track how many books they read to their little ones.

Express Yourself @ Your Library

It might be hot outside, but it’s cool inside Rangeview libraries this summer. Teens can celebrate the summer months during Rangeview’s “Express Yourself @ Your Library” teen summer reading program. Each customer who signs up will receive a nifty wallet to carry their reading log in. Win great prizes all summer long – and don’t forget about the fabulous programs too.

Master the Art of Reading @ Your Library
The kids aren’t the only ones who get to have fun at the library this summer. Our adult summer reading program, “Master the Art of Reading @ Your Library,” allows adults to read to their kids, their plants, their pets – anyone or anything. Fill out the entry forms at any branch location with your book for the week and be entered to win fabulous prizes. Read a novel, a cookbook, a magazine at the dentist’s office, a children’s book – whatever piques your interest.
