Extra summer stops in June and July

Anythink in Motion, Anythink’s bookmobile, is adding an extra stop this summer at Northglenn Recreation Center. The stop is part of an ongoing partnership between Anythink and the City of Northglenn to offer Anythink experiences throughout the community and complements the Short Story Dispenser at the recreation center and the Dr. Seuss book display hosted during Seussical last November.

Anythink in Motion visits neighborhoods throughout Adams County, making it possible for the district to bring library service to residents outside of the service area of our local Anythink locations. Additionally, the bookmobile provides access to Anythink’s mySummer initiative and will bring incentives and programs to community members at bookmobile stops that will complement the resources offered at Anythink branch locations.

“Anythink looks forward to deepening our connection with the Northglenn community by bringing Anythink in Motion to the Northglenn Recreation Center,” says Jakob Seelig, Anythink in Motion and Anythink York Street manager. “The library’s engaging collection and programs offer something for everyone, and we’re excited to serve more people in the area this summer.”

“The City of Northglenn is extremely excited to have Anythink's bookmobile service coming to our recreation center,” says Northglenn Mayor Meredith Leighty. “As an educator, I know that books are a precious resource and literacy is of the utmost importance.”
