Yoga for All

Yoga is truly for everyone, regardless of size, background, age or flexibility. Explore yoga with us in a safe and friendly environment, with lots of modifications and props available for every ability level. We will learn basic poses that build strength and flexibility, and incorporate breathing techniques to help calm and de-stress your body. Appropriate for ages 12 and up. No registration required.
