Prenatal Yoga Foundations Workshop
Explore the benefits of practicing yoga during pregnancy. Focusing on safety, we will cover which poses and exercises to avoid. Discover how yoga can help ease prenatal discomforts and provide support during pregnancy, labor/delivery and motherhood. Students will experience a 30 minute prenatal yoga practice at the end of the workshop. Please wear comfortable clothing you can easily move around in. Yoga mats will be provided.
