Outdoor Family Yoga
Join us for an hour of mindfulness that is perfect for the whole family. We will share contemplative stories, explore different breath techniques, and move our bodies mindfully in a fun and playful yoga practice with yoga games. Bring your own mat, or feel free to use one of ours. All ages and abilities welcome. Masks are encouraged, and physical distancing will be in place. Space is limited; registration required.
