Meditation with Carol Wade


Explore and experience various approaches to meditation, including walking, progressive muscle relaxation, focused attention, mantra, guided, including yoga, nidra, chakra, and visualization. Find a way to prepare for and sit in meditation that works for your mind and body. No prior experience or fitness level requirements. Wear comfortable clothing and (optionally) bring your own zafu, blanket or bench. Yoga mats and chairs will be provided. Hosted by Carol Wade. Registration is recommended but not required.
