Safely learn the skills required to create a pyrographed (burned) set of wooden coasters. Transfer a pattern using graphite paper, and use simple wood-burning tools to create a one-of-a-kind gift. Appropriate for teens grades 6 and up. No registration required.

Work in teams to create a parachute for water balloons using some good – not great – and some downright awful supplies. Success is a safe landing or the biggest smash possible. Build good or bad parachutes – the floor will sort out the rest.

Share photography and learn new techniques every month with the Wright Farms Photo Club. Meetings start with a slideshow presentation of member submitted photos from last month’s theme. What makes our garden grow? You! Join members of Anythink York Street’s Teen Action Board as we work in our garden plot. Help us grow fruits and veggies and participate in teen farmer’s markets.
