Join Mile High Fitness and Wellness for a relaxing hour of Qi Gong in our beautiful backyard. Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that focuses on breathing techniques, meditations, postures, and guided imagery. This round we’ll focus specifically on the back. Comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement is recommended, along with sun protection.
