Learn more about the creative process by helping artist Jayson Fann build one of his world-renowned spirit nests. During this 60-minute session, participants will work with Fann on this community-centered, large-scale installation - one of six to be installed across Adams County. Work together with other community members while using a variety of tools - from drills to paint brushes and more. PLEASE NOTE: A waiver must be signed prior to attending this program. Please include an email address when registering to receive the waiver.

Help our local bird community by building your own bird house to set up in your yard! We'll apply wood shop skills and use found materials to make our houses. All materials will be provided. Meet artist and educator Jayson Fann for an interactive art workshop exploring the intersection of art and nature. Learn more about Fann’s artistic process as you gain a deeper understanding of how natural materials can be used to create art. Appropriate for all ages. Families are encouraged to participate. Pick out and pot an easy-to-care-for houseplant. Create a name and backstory for your plant, learn how to care for it, and decorate the pot. Practice using smartphone macro lens adapters to photograph and enter your plant in our plant fashion show! This program will be held outside at Anythink Brighton. Have you ever wondered what your favorite board game would look like if it was giant? You can find out this summer, as we recreate board games in chalk in the Anythink Wright Farms backyard and then step into them to become the playing pieces. We’ll start with the classic game Sorry, and then decide as a group what games to recreate next.
