After Work Yoga

Location: 

Unwind your body and mind, and head into your evening feeling rested and restored. This gentle yoga class will focus on releasing the neck, shoulders, and hips after a day sitting in front of a computer, with options for practicing in a chair or moving between the ground and standing. No yoga experience required.  

This program will be held online via Zoom. A link will be emailed to registered attendees in advance.
