Action for Happiness: Virtual Happy Café


Join our virtual Happy Café – a space to discuss and encourage the importance of happiness and mental well-being via the 10 Keys for Happier Living, outlined by the international organization Action for Happiness. This month will be focused on the second key: Relating. Together, discover new ways to build joy and create a more caring world. If you have time prior to our meeting, please listen to this podcast episode, featuring the poem “Wishing Well” by Gregory Pardlo.  Space is limited; online registration required.
