Opened June 1, 2013, Anythink York Street is the latest addition to the Anythink family. This public library, housed on the Mapleton Public Schools’ Skyview Campus, provides community members and students with a sleek, modern facility, a robust collection, 25 public computers, fast Internet access and a wide variety of hands-on, innovative programming. Reserved parking is available for library customers.

Gifts from the Heart returns to Anythink

Anythink’s annual Gifts from the Heart program returns to inspire creativity and bring community together during the month of December. Customers of all ages are encouraged to celebrate the season of giving at a number of Gifts from the Heart programs at their local Anythink. Each program will provide an opportunity for attendees to create special one-of-a-kind gifts to share with friends and loved ones.

Anythink partners with Code.org to host Hour of Code

In an effort to demystify coding and continue its commitment to STEM programming, Anythink is partnering with Code.org to bring Hour of Code to students across Adams County. Throughout Computer Science Education Week – Dec.8-14, 2014 – students can visit their local Anythink to explore fun, hands-on coding tutorials that will help nurture creativity and problem-solving skills.

Anythink libraries delay opening on Dec. 10

All Anythink libraries and administrative offices will delay opening on Wednesday, Dec. 10 for an all-staff meeting. All Anythink locations will reopen at 10:30 am, with the exception of Anythink Bennett, which will open at 11 am.
