Instilling healthy eating habits early in a child’s life can positively impact their entire life. This series of 6 classes targeted toward parents of 0-5 year olds will not only teach you how to cook healthy meals for your toddler, but also provide a bag of food for you to take home to your child after each class. Classes start September 17 and are held each Wednesday through October 22. Childcare is not provided by the library. You will need to arrange for childcare for your child, if necessary. Signing up once commits you to attending all 6 classes in the series. This program is offered in partnership with Share Our Strength, a non-profit organization working to end hunger.
