Express Library User Agreement

To help keep our Express Libraries safe, welcoming, and accessible for everyone, we ask customers to follow all Anythink policies, including the Library Use Policy, Computer and Internet Use Policy, along with the user agreement below:

Be Respectful

• Take responsibility for your own behavior and for the behavior of any minors accompanying you.
• Use available technology, printers, and business center tools with care and return items to their proper place so others may enjoy them too.

Safety First

• Access to Express Libraries is available to customers 18 years of age or older. Each adult must use their own library card to enter. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• Make sure the entrance door closes fully behind you after entering.
• Do not allow others to enter behind you or open the door for anyone else.
• Acknowledge that the Express Library is monitored by security cameras at all times.
• Use the phone provided to contact library staff or call 911 in the event of an emergency.
• If you observe any issues in the library, including unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior, please contact library staff immediately by phone.

Use of Resources

• To ensure fair access for all customers, limit computer use to two hours per day.
• Be mindful of others by following posted occupancy limits and sharing the space thoughtfully.
• Be mindful of your time in the library and allow others a chance to use seating and work areas.
