The fully renovated Anythink Perl Mack serves the North Denver community with a variety of spaces and programs for all ages. This sustainable facility includes a children’s pavilion, teen space, computer lab and program space. The landscaped site also includes a community garden, maintained by local community members in partnership with Denver Urban Gardens. To reserve a plot in the Anythink Perl Mack garden, fill out and submit an Anythink Grows plot form.

Sign up for an email address and start learning the basics of using the Internet. See how to use a search engine while also focusing on other computer basics like using flash drives and learning how to cut, copy and paste. Registration is suggested, but not required. A different way to explore early literacy!  This drop-in program is for children through 6 years old and their parents. Five different centers will be set up reflecting one of each of the early literacy skills. Centers may include books, hands-on activities, crafts, or music.  Participants will be gathered together two times during the hour to do a group movement or story activity.

Local author Pembroke Sinclair will join us for an evening of Zombie fun!  We will play a zombie survival game and learn about zombies in books, movies and pop culture. This program is appropriate for students in grades 7-12.

Anythink Libraries Closed in Observance of Columbus Day

Anythink libraries and administrative offices are closed Monday, Oct. 13, 2014 in observance of Columbus Day. All branches will reopen at their regularly scheduled times on Tuesday, Oct. 14. 

Anythink Gets Outside the Lines

This September, Anythink joins more than 130 organizations across the United States and Canada to participate in Outside the Lines, a new initiative to reconnect communities with the innovation, creativity and technology happening in libraries. The weeklong celebration – Sept. 14-20, 2014 – also coincides with Anythink’s 5th birthday in Adams County, and each Anythink location will host its own birthday celebration on Friday, Sept. 12, with cupcakes and fun surprises for its customers.

Anythink libraries and administrative offices are closed Monday, Sept. 1, 2014 in observance of Labor Day. Additionally, the Anythink Wright Farms location will also be closed on Sunday, Aug. 31, 2014. All branches will reopen at their regularly scheduled times on Tuesday, Sept. 2.
