Molecular gastronomy is where scientific sorcery meets culinary artistry. Use innovative techniques and tools, as well as some basic chemistry, to explore the magic of modernist cuisine. Participants will transform foods across states of matter as they create edible works of art that would be at home on the Starship Enterprise. Space is limited; registration required. Join certified True Colors facilitator Brad Brauer and veterinarian Luisa Taylor, as they help participants discover their dogs' personality type. This program will increase your knowledge of the motivations behind your pets' behaviors.  Learn about differences and similarities between personality types and how to effectively work with your pets' strengths. This program will increase the awareness of your pets' personality and teach effective tools to work with their unique traits. Registration recommended but not required.
