Blast off on a journey of discovery and make room for a space station orbiting Mars, transporting your classroom of young astronauts. This transformation will challenge your group to use teamwork, critical thinking, and creativity to solve problems and design the future of space travel. Junior astronauts will be left feeling inspired by human ingenuity and the universe around them. Best for elementary and tweens.

Molecular gastronomy is where scientific sorcery meets culinary artistry. Use innovative techniques and tools, as well as some basic chemistry, to explore the magic of modernist cuisine. Participants will transform foods across states of matter as they create edible works of art that would be at home on the Starship Enterprise. Space is limited; registration required.
