Use the real tools and techniques that paranormal researchers employ to observe, study and fake ghostly visitations. Record EVP’s (electronic voice phenomena) and analyze your results for messages from beyond. Then, use a variety of analog and digital trickery to make your own spirit photographs. Students in grades 6 –12 are welcome.

Molecular gastronomy is where scientific sorcery meets culinary artistry. Use innovative techniques and tools, as well as some basic chemistry, to explore the magic of modernist cuisine. Participants will transform foods across states of matter as they create edible works of art that would be at home on the Starship Enterprise. Space is limited; registration required.
