Parenting is hard. You deserve a break! We have two activities to help you relax: one for caregivers and one for kids. Caregivers: Salsa dance! Spice up your night as you learn salsa dancing moves and techniques. Kids will enjoy a silly dance party and dippable snacks. Appropriate for adult caregivers and kids ages 5-10. Space is limited; registration is required for each caregiver and child.

Caregivers will enjoy making peaceful air plant terrariums, while kids make colorful dinosaur terrariums. Appropriate for adult caregivers and their elementary-age kids. Caregivers will create a simple potted herb garden, while gaining tips and inspiration for using herbs at home. Kids will create herbal snacks to be shared at the end of the evening. Caregivers will enjoy chocolate-covered strawberries while making an aromatherapy diffuser and receiving a mini chair massage from Lodo Massage. Kids will be calmed with some stretching and mindfulness activities, while learning how to make their own chocolate-covered strawberries. Appropriate for adult caregivers and their elementary-age kids. Space is limited; registration is required for each attendee.

Caregivers will enjoy mingling with other adults while learning about and tasting a variety of cheeses from around the world. Kids will hear a cheesy story, enjoy snacks and do fun cheese-themed games and crafts. Appropriate for caregivers with elementary-age kids.
