Are finals stressing you out a bit? Stop by the library to make your own essential oil blend to support stress relief. You will also learn tools on how to incorporate mindfulness and meditation to help relieve test anxiety for finals. Apps will also be introduced to support this process. Appropriate for tweens and teens grades 6 through 12. No registration is required.
