Anythink announces the promotion of Suzanne McGowan to Director of Customer Experience.

McGowan joined Anythink in 2012 as the Anythink Wright Farms branch manager, where she oversaw the district’s flagship branch in Thornton, Colo. She brings years of experience in both library and education services, having worked in libraries of all sizes in New England, California and throughout Colorado. In her role as Director of Customer Experience, McGowan will focus on promoting a culture of hospitality and innovation for the Adams County community and Anythink staff.

“I love working in public libraries,” says McGowan. “I have had the privilege to work for a variety of libraries and all of them have been treasures in their communities – but I believe Anythink is a magical place. That magic comes from strong organizational values and fabulous employees. I’m thrilled that I get to use these values on a daily basis to help shape customer experiences on a district-wide level.”
