Digital Mindfulness Weeklong Journaling Challenge


Reboot your relationship with technology. Learn how your digital practices may influence other areas of your life, and reflect on how you really want to be spending your time online. Following Monday’s online session, participants will receive a short email and journaling prompt each day that week. Appropriate for older teens and adults.
