Beginner's Yoga


Join us online for this beginner-friendly yoga series. Instructor Anna Gibson will lead participants through gentle yoga sessions. These lessons will offer techniques to help establish or continue your yoga practice. Appropriate for ages 18 and up. 

This program will be held online. A link will be emailed to registered attendees in advance.
