The American Medical Association describes tai chi as “characterized by physical movement and mental concentration; its purpose is to moderately exercise all the muscles and achieve integration between mind and body.” “Joe” Dunn, instructor at the Northglenn Senior Center, will help you learn the basic movements of this ancient practice.
