4-H Weekly Program: Health & Nutrition

Join us for a weekly program that focuses on creating healthy kids. Learn best practices and good habits for nutrition, fitness and safety. Get hands-on and discover how to measure your own heart rate, create a healthy snack and build a first aid kit. This program will be offered weekly through July, covering a different topic each week. There’s no registration required, and it’s not necessary to attend all sessions. All ages welcome.
