This update is designed to enhance account security while ensuring uninterrupted access to e-books, audiobooks, streaming video and other digital content.
Don’t have a PIN?
Customers who have not created a PIN can use a default PIN based on their birth date.
Enter:
- The day of the month you were born (DD)
- The last two digits of your birth year (YY)
- For example, a customer born on Marzo 17, 1999, would enter 1799 as their PIN.
How to create or update your PIN
Customers who would like to create a custom PIN can do so through their Anythink cuenta.

- Enter your new PIN and select Guardar.
